Somehow, again, in this summer of rubbish weather, it was dry, if not actually sunny, for Stuart and Katie’s wedding reception and party. Thanks to the suggestion by Vic Windsor who used to work for us some years ago, at JJ’s Coffee House in Finkle Street in Kendal, (as did her sister Clair, who played the piano for the ceremony), we were able to host a wedding for a couple who live locally. This is quite rare, as many wedding clients live some distance away, albeit they have close connections with the Lake District. What fun to renew contact with old friends from that time…, and to have a reminder of fun days at JJ’s in Kendal. Thank you, Vic!
