Jumping Jenny has become famous internationally over the last 20 years for Gillie’s amazing cakes. However, until we were able to create at Belmount a proper “baking kitchen”, it would have been madness for Gillie to offer Wedding Cakes.
Since the completion of the new facility in May 2012, however, Gillie has been able to provide both a Chocolate Wedding Cake and a Hokey Pokey Ice Cream Cake, with great success. Both Cakes, dramatic in every sense, were served as puddings, with strawberries or a coulis. Thus there was no cake left over!
